As part of the distillery's Na Sia Single Cask Series, the Isle of Raasay Unpeated Chinkapin Oak Cask showcases the island's signature unpeated spirit matured in custom-charred virgin American Chinkapin oak, bottled at natural cask strength. The specialized wood aging infuses the clean, malt-forward distillate with deep character—delivering robust layers of dark fruit, rich caramel, and toasted almond balanced by warm gingerbread and vibrant, peppery oak spice that carries into a bold, lingering finish.
