The inaugural release from the Isle of Raasay distillery is a lightly peated whisky matured initially in first-fill Tennessee Whiskey casks and finished in first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a dram with elegant peat smoke and balanced red fruit characters. Bottled at 52% and in a unique glass bottle which captures the island's geology. One of 7,500 bottles.
