Eden Mill Cask Strength 2020 Release is a highly limited Lowland single malt from Eden Mill Distillery in St Andrews. Bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength (around 60.1% ABV), this release was limited to just 200 bottles. Matured in a combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, and Oloroso sherry casks, and made using a variety of malted barleys, it offers a bold yet refined profile with rich dried fruit, warming spice, vanilla sweetness, and a long, powerful finish.

Eden Mill Whisky, crafted in the scenic Lowland region, already boasts an impressive range of small releases dating back to 2018.
