Eden Mill

Eden Mill Distillery sits on the Eden Estuary near St Andrews and is known for its innovative approach to Scottish gin and single malt whisky. Established in 2012, it became Scotland’s first combined brewery and distillery, bringing together traditional craftsmanship with creative flavour development. Today, its modern distillery and visitor centre offer gin tastings, whisky tours, cocktail experiences, and sweeping views across the historic home of golf.
