The Willett Pot Still Reserve (Batch No. 22A06) is a Kentucky straight small-batch bourbon most famous for its striking, award-winning 1.75L glass decanter shaped like a traditional copper pot still. Crafted with a wheated mash bill (65% corn, 20% wheat, 15% barley), this specific batch opens with an invitingly soft, floral nose dominated by toasted corn, vanilla custard, and crisp notes of lemon and cherry. On the palate, the higher volume gives plenty of space to a velvety, medium-bodied texture that balances sweet brown sugar and buttery popcorn with a sharp black pepper and rye-like baking spice kick, before winding down into a crisp, herbal finish accented by mint chocolate and citrus rind.
In 1936 Thompson Willett founded Willett Distillery. Today, the tradition continues with the owners Kentucky Bourbon Distillers.
