Released in August 2021 as an exclusive members' bottling for the distillery's Temperance Club, this inaugural 3-year-old single malt from Derbyshire's White Peak Distillery showcases the producer's signature lightly peated house style. Matured entirely onsite in American oak ex-red wine STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) casks and bottled at 49.1% ABV without chill-filtration or added coloring, it delivers a rich, fruit-forward profile loaded with stewed plums, dark berries, and burnt toffee, beautifully balanced by a subtle wisp of bonfire smoke and toasted marshmallow on the finish.
