The Single Farm Origin Series are the first releases of the Waterford Distillery located in Ireland. A dream of ex-Bruichladdich CEO Mark Reynier, Waterford Distillery offers this release from Bannow Island matured in first-fill American oak, virgin American oak and ex-fortified wine casks.

Distilled with barley grown on the coast of Country Wexford, Bannow Island offers a malty and fresh dram. A UK release of 1,500 bottles, and just 8,000 bottles worldwide.
