Released to mark the distillery’s 3rd anniversary, Stokerij de Molenberg Sola Jerez 2016 is a Belgian single malt bottled at 46% ABV that marries early 2010 distillates with rare 2007 pre-distillery trial spirits. Finished exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, this expression delivers a rich, fruit-driven profile laden with notes of dried figs, raisins, and candied citrus peel, layered over sweet honeyed malt and a gently spiced, oak-tinged finish.
