This limited edition Organic Springbank released in 2000 and bottled at 58.6% ABV. The whisky was matured in matured in first and second fill-sherry barrels. Bottled by Springbank for Organic Farmer John Savage- Onstwedder in 1999 to mark the turn of the Millennium.
