Speyside 2010 12 Year Old Ferg and Harris PX Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 55.7% ABV

Single Malt from a mystery Speyside distillery, bottled by Young Spirits.

Distilled in 2010 and bottled after 12 years maturation and spent the final six months in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead.

This light, fruity Speyside single malt has acquired a gorgeous umber colour. Scents of toffee, baked figs, rich raisins. A quick hit of sherry sweetness on the palate. Lighter fruity notes follow. Coats the mouth and throat. Finishes in warm, smooth fashion.
