Ron Colón Salvadoreño Coffee Infused Rum combines the brand’s signature rum blend—featuring 6-year-old Salvadoran column-still rum and funky Jamaican pot-still rums—with whole Bourbon coffee beans from El Salvador’s El Cambio estate. Through a 48-hour cold maceration, the rum extracts the rich, aromatic oils of the roasted beans without picking up any harsh bitterness. The outcome is a surprisingly dry, complex spirit bursting with notes of dark roast espresso, rich dark chocolate, and toasted nuts, all backed by underlying tropical fruit funk and warm vanilla spice—an ideal upgrade for an Espresso Martini or a spirit-forward digestif.
