The Olmeca Altos 100% Agave Plata Tequila is an award-winning silver tequila created in collaboration between late bartender legend Henry Besant, Dre Masso, and Master Distiller Jesús Hernández. Crafted in the Los Altos (Highlands) of Jalisco, it stands out in its price tier by using a combination of the traditional, slow-crushing Tahona wheel and a modern roller mill to extract the juice from hand-selected blue agaves. The resulting unaged spirit is highly praised by bartenders for its bright, crisp profile, delivering a vibrant punch of sweet roasted agave, fresh citrus, and herbal notes, backed by a clean, peppery finish that excels both neat and in cocktails.
