Octomore 02.2 Orpheus Heavily Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 61% ABV
The 02.2 release of Octomore named Orpheus. A heavily peated malt from Islay with the bright red tin representing the fires of hell.
The red tin symbolises the flames of Hell which Orpheus battled to rescue his wife from the god of the underworld. to be "Orphic" is to be mystic, fascinating and entrancing, for he was believed to have discovered mysteries, purification from sins, and by music, the means of averting the wrath of the gods
Please note - Some weathering to the tin.
