A single cask bottling of Highland Park from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Distilled 18th February 2010 and bottled after 12 years maturation initially in an ex-bourbon hogshead and then finished 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel. Bottled at 63.4% ABV.  One of 242 bottles. Named 'Kirkwall Chippy'.
