Hatozaki Pure Malt (70cl, 46% ABV) is from Japan's Kaikyō Distillery that marries 100% malt whiskies sourced both locally and internationally. Bottled without chill-filtration, it undergoes a complex maturation process utilizing a combination of bourbon, sherry, and indigenous Mizunara oak casks. The resulting flavor profile balances a rich, sweet core of honey, toasted grains, and dried fruits with the delicate, aromatic incense and herbal spice notes characteristic of Japanese oak.
