The Bushmills Prohibition Recipe is a bold, limited-edition blended Irish whiskey created in collaboration with the TV show Peaky Blinders to recreate a 1920s-era flavor profile. Aged in ex-bourbon casks and left non-chill-filtered, this higher-proof expression delivers a robust, oily texture packed with notes of orange marmalade, toasted almonds, vanilla wafers, and warming baking spices. It retains Bushmills' signature approachable, malty DNA while offering a heavier, punchier character that stands up beautifully both neat and in classic pre-Prohibition cocktails.
