Braes of Glenlivet 1988 30 Year Old Cask Strength Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 53.0% ABV

Bottled at a robust cask strength of 53.0% ABV (70cl), the Braes of Glenlivet 30 Year Old is an ultra-mature Speyside single malt from the high-altitude distillery now known as Braeval. Thirty years of maturation in American oak have deepened its fruity, honeyed character, leading with vibrant aromas of sweet pineapple, acacia honey, and toasted coconut. The rich, unwatered palate delivers generous layers of warm vanilla, poached orchard fruits, and gentle baking spices, concluding in a long, elegant finish defined by lingering citrus zest, polished oak, and soft malt sweetness. Distilled December 1988 and bottled August 2020.
