Distilled in Colorado using traditional Scottish copper pot stills, Boulder Spirits New American Single Malt (46% ABV) marries classic malt techniques with bold, char-forward aging. Made entirely from malted barley and matured in new, heavily charred American oak barrels, it offers rich aromas of maple, toasted wood, and dried fruit. Its full-bodied palate brings forward layers of dark chocolate, butterscotch, and warm baking spices, concluding with a long, satisfying finish marked by deep oak warmth and a hint of sweet fruit.
