We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition/condition that they were advertised. You have the right to cancel your order at any point within 14 days of purchasing.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily issue a refund or exchange the product(s). You must inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days from the date of your order being delivered. We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged/defective out with their advertised state.
Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s), delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please Note:
Some of our bottles are incredibly old and as a result the closure may have deteriorated, therefore care should be taken when it is being opened. The item is sold as described and we do not accept liability for the state of the closure.
Not all of the items for sale on Old and Rare Whisky are new and in some cases will have been purchased at auction or from private individuals. Product images on the website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact representations of the item in stock. Please also be aware that batch numbers, vintages and bottling dates may be subject to change.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged/defective out with their advertised state. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we may claim against you should damages be sustained.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a nominated third party, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to withdraw, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires at customerservice@oldandrarewhisky.co.uk
If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note: The direct cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility as the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit on return. We will not reimburse return shipping costs unless the items were delivered in error or arrived damaged/defective.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
