Non-vintage Champagne from Cattier and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter.

First introduced in 2008.The color comes from the inclusion of 12% of still red wine, harvested from old vines that produce fruit with great flavor intensity. The assemblage typically comprises 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay.
