A limited edition of 240 bottles. The Winner's Tasting Notes This dram has a rich nose of fruit cake - the kind made moist and sticky with treacle.  Lots of peels and a bit of Mulloch funk the taste confirms the nose though dark chocolate, treacle toffee and a little ash comes through.  At the back there's the outside-y, west-coast character.  With plenty of heft in there this sherry cask can risk a splash of water - rather than treacle making the fruit cake sticky it's now citrus marmalades.   A dram with integrity the sweetness is held in balance by the west coast character and the tangible waxy structure.
