A special edition release from Nc'nean, one of Scotland's newer distilleries. This farm distillery is in the Morven peninsula which is on the west coast, just north of Oban. 

 

This is the first of the Quiet Rebels series, celebrating the people who make this whisky. Annabel is the founder of Nc'nean, and her research and fundraising led to the distillery being built on her parents farm.

 

Organic barley, long fermented and aged in Bourbon casks and Tokaji casks. Tokaji is a Hungarian sweet wine, bringing sweetness to this whisky. One of 4505 bottles.
