A combination of the finest sherry casks married to create the Rare Cask range from the Macallan distillery.  Handpicked by Macallan's Whisky Maker from less than 1% of the casks maturing at The Macallan Distillery, this bottle contains whisky from an exceptionally high proportion of first fill Sherry casks.
