Tasting notes:

Nose
Rich and inviting, with the sweetness of toffee and dark sugars coming through first. There’s a gentle biscuit note underneath, along with dried fruits like sultanas and a warm touch of toasted oak.
Palate
Smooth and layered. It opens with creamy caramel and a hint of maple, followed by mellow oak spice. You may notice subtle fruit tones—stone fruits, a little citrus lift—and a soft nuttiness that adds depth.
Finish
Long, warming and dessert‑like. Think coffee cake, soft caramel and a lightly burnt sugar character that lingers pleasantly. A touch of spice drifts in as it fades.
