Glenmorangie Claret Wood Finish is a rare Highland single malt from the distillery’s experimental era in the 1990s. Distilled between 1976 and 1979, it was first matured in American white oak before undergoing a secondary maturation in casks that previously held First Growth claret from Pauillac. This finishing imparts a refined depth—layering Glenmorangie’s signature elegance with rich berry notes, subtle tannins, and a velvety texture.
