The Macallan 25 Year Old Fine Oak is a refined, highly sought-after Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV. Matured for a minimum of a quarter-century in a triple-cask combination of European oak sherry, American oak sherry, and American oak ex-bourbon casks, it strikes a sophisticated balance between rich complexity and subtle wood character. On the nose, it delivers an inviting, robust aroma of peach, blood orange, and delicate wood spices. The palate unfolds with intense layers of toasted coconut, rich vanilla, sultanas, and lemon zest, anchored by a touch of soft peat smoke. It finishes smoothly with long, lingering notes of warm sherry oak, citrus, and gentle spice.
