Dalmore 35 has been aged in three types of cask: a Matusalem sherry, a bourbon barrel and a colheita-port pipe. Presented in a Baccarat Crystal decanter, with stopper.
Richard Paterson, Master Distiller Tasting notes - Colour: mahogany.
Nose -  Complex, anise, almonds, chocolate, hints of Colombian coffee, ginger. Taste: Intense, full-bodied, notes of ripe orange, tart jam, dark chocolate, toffee, spices, coffee, raisins, thyme. Finish: Long lasting, intense notes of orange peel, plums, ripe pineapple, roasted nuts, chocolate, oak.
Only 1,000 bottles released.

The Dalmore Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.

Please note: Many of our bottles are older and have come from private individuals. Therefore the closure may have deteriorated and care should be taken when it is being opened. We do not accept liability for the state of the closure.
