Production Details

Lindores MCDXCIV is crafted using premium Kingdom of Fife barley and a long wash fermentation period in sister spirit stills. The whisky undergoes a meticulous distillation process, followed by aging in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, and STR red wine barriques, enhancing its depth and character.

  • Nose: Ripe pears, Granny Smith apples, sherried spices, vanilla, and oak with subtle chocolate undertones.
  • Palate: Creamy caramel balanced with cooked apple, dark chocolate, marzipan, nutmeg, clove, and a hint of black pepper.
  • Finish: Medium-lasting with dried figs, oak bitterness, anise, peppermint, and residual fruitiness.
