Daftmill 2007 15 Year Old Fife Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 56.3% ABV
This Fife Strength limited edition single malt Scotch whisky comes from the ever-popular Daftmill single farm estate distillery in Fife. Distilled in 2007, this expression is made from home-grown barley from the Daftmill fields. The Fife Strength was bottled exclusively for UK Independent Whisky Retailers.
The thirteen casks in this bottling are all first fill ex bourbon barrels distilled in January or August 2007. They were matured in the upper level of the warehouse before being bottled in July 2023 at the traditional Fife strength.
