Longrow Red 12 Year Old Fresh Pinot Noir Casks Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 52.9% ABV
Longrow is the heavily peated sister whisky to Springbank and Hazelburn. The "Red" range is a series of annual releases which have been finished in different varieties of casks that had previously contained a reddish fluid whether it be a wine or fortified wine generally.
The Longrow Red Series has been matured for eleven years in Bourbon casks followed by one year in fresh Pinot Noir barriques from New Zealand.
Only 9,000 bottles were produced.
