Ben Nevis 1996 20 Year Old Edinburgh Whisky Ltd. Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 46%

Bottled by independent blenders and bottlers Edinburgh Whisky Ltd. as part of The Library Collection, this 20-year-old Ben Nevis Highland single malt Scotch whisky is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl format. Distilled in Fort William in October 1996 and bottled in Edinburgh in March 2017 from a single cask release of just 283 bottles, it is presented non-chill filtered and with natural colour. The whisky showcases a classic, highly regarded 1996 Ben Nevis profile that is wonderfully rich, fruity, and chewy, delivering expressive notes of fresh stone fruit and subtle newly-sawn wood, balanced by warm clove spice and an oily, lingering finish.
