Charged from one Refill Hogshead, personally selected by Cara Laing, this Private Stock Highland Park 24 Years Old was bottled directly from the Douglas Laing family's personal Whisky collection. Offered proudly at natural Cask Strength, it is presented exactly as the Distiller intended: without added colour or chill-filtration, and at natural cask strength of 46.4%. Each bottle is hand-signed by Cara Laing. Distilled September 1996, bottled January 2021. One of only 69 bottles.
Having been in specialist and craft Scotch Whisky production for generations, Douglas Laing originally exported blends, but now carries the family name down the line by focusing on bottling exceptional single malts and grains as part of their Old Particular, Provenance and XOP ranges. They also enjoy huge success with their "Remarkable Regional Malts" range; a series of creatively named vatted malts, designed to epitomise the characteristics of Scotland's whisky regions.
