The Nc'nean Distillery has reached double digit batches of its outstanding Organic Single Malt Whisky! Batch 8 once again shows off the fantastic flavour profile imparted by using organic Scottish barley, a gentle fermentation and distillation, and a combination of STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and bourbon casks. It all adds up to an excellent single malt Scotch whisky, packing plenty of fruit-forward, vanilla-rich, and warming spice notes.  One of 11,000 bottles.
