Teeling Blackpitts is an innovative Irish single malt that revives Dublin's historic tradition of peated whiskey. Unlike typical peated scotches, it is triple-distilled, which refines the smoke into a smooth, barbecue-like character rather than a medicinal one. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Sauternes white wine casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration. This unique process delivers a beautifully balanced profile, marrying distinct notes of bonfire smoke and charcoal with the vibrant, fruit sweetness of grilled pineapple and poached pears.
