P&M 7 Year Old Corsican Single Malt Whisky, 70cl, 42% ABV

Produced from hand-selected malted barley, meticulously crushed, brewed, and fermented by Brasserie Pietra, then distilled in a single pass using their traditional Holstein still.
The resulting P&M Single Malt Whisky is matured for seven years in 220-litre oak casks from the renowned Tronçais forest (Seguin Moreau), previously seasoned with Muscat Petit Grain and white Vermentinu wine from Domaine Gentile AOP Patrimonio.
This distinguished expression reveals a rich and layered character, with subtle peat, exceptional smoothness, and elegant fruity notes—crafted for those who appreciate rarity and refinement.
