Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller. Part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection release of 2021. Distilled Winter 2009, bottled Fall 2021, aged to 12 Year 6 months.
