The GlenDronach 31 Year Old Grandeur Batch 1 is an exceptionally rare Highland single malt and the inaugural release of the distillery’s acclaimed Grandeur series. Matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, it was bottled in 2010 at 45.8% ABV after 31 years of ageing. Limited to just 1,013 individually numbered bottles, it is celebrated for its luxurious, full‑bodied style, showcasing deep sherried richness, dried fruits, dark sweetness and refined oak from long maturation.

The GlenDronach ‘Grandeur’ has been specially selected by  Master Blender, Rachel Barrie, from some of the oldest and most unique sherry casks at GlenDronach. A selection of barrels, hogsheads, puncheons and butts have been maturing in our traditional dunnage warehouses since the 1960s, and it is the most extraordinary and remarkable of sherry casks that have been chosen for this very special bottling of twenty-seven-year-old whisky.
