Weller Antique 107 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a highly sought-after wheated bourbon crafted by the Buffalo Trace Distillery and presented in a 70cl bottling at 53.5% ABV (107 proof). Substituting wheat for rye in the mash bill gives it a exceptionally smooth, rich, and full-bodied character despite its higher alcohol content. It delivers complex aromas and flavors of sweet vanilla, dark caramel, rich cinnamon spice, baked apple, and charred oak, leading to a lingering, warm finish with subtle dark chocolate and wood spice notes.
