Benromach 1981 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 54.2% ABV

A great cask strength expression from Benromach distillery, laid down in 1981, shortly before the distillery was mothballed. Bottled in 2006 by new owners Gordon & MacPhail, this expression has been aged for a full 25 years in refill sherry butts.
